The Boardroom
The Boardroom is Waiheke Island Resort’s elite meeting area. & comfortably seating up to 14 delegates, the Board Room features:
- 65″ flat screen LCD
- an AV integrated central bureau table
- premium seating for up to 14 delegates
- Air Conditioning
- Tea & Coffee nook
- dedicated inroom WiFi access point
- Private break out balcony overlooking Palm Beach.
At 25m2 the Boardroom is located one floor below our Restaurant/Bar, & has newly renovated restrooms on the same floor.
The Bay Room
The Bay Room is perfect for smaller conference groups.
A bright, versatile space, it features stunning sea views & includes:

- inroom Morning/Afternoon Tea sideboard

At 37m2 the Bay Room can easily accommodate up to 30 delegates theatre style & is located one floor below our Restaurant/Bar, & has newly renovated restrooms on the same floor.

The Palm Room and Palm Deck
The Palm Room is our newest conferencing space & features:

At 45m2 & able to accommodate up to 45 delegates theatre-style, the Palm Room also co-joins one of Waiheke Island’s best breakout areas – the Palm Deck.
Fully licensed, the Palm Deck enjoys sweeping sea-views & can be utilized by groups as both an entertainment area & a sunny break-out space, featuring:
- outdoor seating, tables & sun umbrellas as required
- BBQ facilities
- SONOS integrated speaker system
- access to the Resort Pool Deck
At 75m2 the Palm Deck can easily hold up to 70 guests standing.
The Mawhitipana Room
The Mawhitipana Room is our largest & most versatile conference area. Named after the Bay it overlooks, it is a bright, characterful space with lofty, vaulted ceilings & classic Waiheke charm. The Mawhitipana Room features:
